 leaving NCS shall be a shame, but who here am i able to blame? there's Gemma, Rory, Jordyn too but one thing for sure ill miss you. ill miss the funny games we played and drawing inside in rainy days, but when i head over to wellingtons view , ill for sure miss you! ill think the days you helped me up when the maths i did will leave a tut, and every thing i did with you makes me think my dreams have came true, who needs a hundred bucks when you have  friends to help you up, test you on spelling days, to help me choose the best ways, to teach me to be very brave, to  be best again, in all  the ways of having a good freind for days and days! by Ione Katalina Murray

Ione's simile - at the pool



 In writing we have been writing similes in our recounts to make them more interesting. Here is one of mine. 

It was as popular as a school of fishes. I put on my togs and jumped into the pool like a BIG whale.
WASPLASH! I swam around like a baby dolphin lost.
